Our Standard Construction Contract is the simplest path for clients who already have their design and drawings completed. With this approach, we step in once the plans are ready, secure permits, and then move straight into construction. This option works best for projects where design decisions are finalized and the scope is clearly defined. Once permits are approved, our team manages the construction process through to completion and handover.

Our Conceptual Phase is best suited for clients who are in need of the development of a floor plan and MEP narratives. (sometimes we include an exterior elevation as needed). This process greatly helps get things started without a large financial commitment. We say that the Conceptual Phase accounts for about 10-15% of the Architectural process and it provides enough information for us to prepare a Design-Build Contract. After we have the Design-Build Contract, we will then move forward with finalizing the project drawings, then submit for permits, build the project, and get you your certificate of occupancy!

Our Design then Build process is good for clients that are ready to make the leap into the project starting with a Design Contract which is a portion of the whole Design-Build process that encompasses FULL Construction Drawings ready for permit. We then price out those fully complete drawings and sign a Construction Contract for the remainder of the project!
