When Israel Gutierrez arrived in the United States from Mexico in 2006, he was expecting his first child and building a new life in Atlanta. Working in construction, he saw firsthand how the industry could take advantage of the very people it was supposed to serve — homeowners who trusted contractors with their most valuable asset, only to be let down.
He saw workers mistreated. He saw homeowners overcharged. He saw projects abandoned. And he knew there had to be a better way.
La Vista Construction was founded in 2013 on the belief that trust isn't a tagline — it's the foundation of every relationship and every project. Since then, La Vista has grown into one of Atlanta's most trusted general contractors, serving commercial property managers, REITs, multifamily developers, and homeowners investing in their property across the metro area.
