residential processes

Process #1

Our standard remodeling process is designed for clients who want to renovate a bathroom, kitchen, or complete an interior or exterior remodel without changing the existing layout.

  1. We start with a phone call to gather your contact information and understand the general scope of work.

  2. A second call is scheduled to explain the next steps in the process and to book an on-site visit.

  3. During the site visit, we review existing conditions, discuss the project in more detail, and typically provide a ballpark estimate.

  4. Once aligned, we move forward with material selections and finalize the construction agreement.

  5. We submit plans for permits when required by the city or county.

  6. Once permits are approved (if applicable), construction begins.

Process #2

Our conceptual phase is ideal for clients who have a rough idea and need a floor plan or exterior elevation to visualize their project through 3D renderings. Material and finish selections are also reviewed during this phase. This stage represents approximately 15% of the full architectural process and provides enough information to prepare a design-build contract—without a large upfront commitment. The process begins with an initial call, followed by an on-site visit to review your vision and existing conditions. From there, we develop the conceptual design, finalize construction drawings, submit for permits, and build your project.

Design Build Conceptual Process

Process #3

Our design-build process is for clients who already have a clear vision and are ready to move forward. We begin with an initial call and on-site visit to review the project scope and existing conditions. Detailed construction drawings are then prepared by licensed design professionals and coordinated across architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines, with assistance on material and finish selections. Once the drawings are complete, we price the project, execute the construction contract, submit for permits, and build the project from start to finish.

Process #4

Our insurance reconstruction process is for homeowners dealing with fire, water, or other covered damages. We begin with an initial call to understand the damage and determine if immediate mitigation is needed, followed by an on-site visit to assess and document conditions. We coordinate directly with insurance carriers, adjusters, and licensed professionals to define the scope of work and prepare estimates or drawings. Once approved, we finalize pricing, handle permits if required, and complete the reconstruction—restoring the property efficiently and in compliance with insurance and building requirements.
